Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) following order confirmation. For bridal and heavily hand-embroidered bespoke orders, additional inspection and packaging care is undertaken to guarantee pristine condition upon arrival.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offer
We provide transparent shipping rates calculated directly at checkout:
- Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all orders above the configured store threshold (e.g., orders above ₹ 5,000).
- Standard Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal flat delivery charge is displayed clearly in your cart and at checkout prior to final payment.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched from our facility, estimated delivery times vary by destination across India:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune): 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier II & Tier III Cities: 5 to 7 business days.
- Regional & Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be influenced by external factors, including adverse weather, courier transit delays, or regional holidays.
Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier tracking details. Logged-in customers can also monitor the live tracking timeline and order progress at any time from My Orders.
Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs of the parcel before opening and contact our customer support desk within 48 hours at info@rajgharanacentral.com so we can address the matter immediately.
